Kristin graduated from CDI College in 2008, completing their Massage Therapy program. Her experience ranges from relaxation geared toward stress and tension to therapeutic treatment for a number of conditions and pain relief. She is dedicated to helping others maintain health and wellness through massage. Kristin's goal is to get the word out and make all people aware of the benefits of massage and how accessible it is.

Trained in Concussion Base-Line Testing & Treatment Protocol As a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Sandra has been practicing massage therapy since 2005. She also has a degree in Sport & Exercise Management from Brock University.
Additionally, Sandra has obtained her Prenatal and Postnatal Massage Certificate. She carries the passion of her practice towards pregnancy massage as well as Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Treatments and Cupping Treatments. She believes in the philosophy that all parts of the body, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, are all interconnected and work as one to maintain balance throughout the body. Sandra thrives to educate her patients on the body's natural potential to achieve optimal health through regular care. |

Maggie completed her diploma in Massage Therapy at Centennial College in 2002.
With an interest in rehabilitation, she began working in a physiotherapy clinic, alongside chiropractors, as well as in health clubs. This experience has given her an extensive background in treating chronic issues and sports injuries. An injury of her own sparked an interest in Acupuncture. In 2007, she graduated from the Shiatsu School of Canada with a diploma in Acupuncture. She is able to combine Acupuncture into her massage treatments. |
